To participate in the contest please follow these steps:

1. Send a team photo in full costume to LLGirlsSoftballLeague@gmail.com no later than 8pm on Saturday, 17 October. Pictures can be taken prior to or on game day. Please don’t send them to the tournament director.

2. Please use the team’s name and age group for the name of the saved images being sent for consideration. Example: Stealth14u.jpg

3. Please use the team’s name and age group in the subject line for the email. Example: Costume Contest 14u Stealth

4. Please include a contact name and mailing address in the body of the email so that we can mail winners their gift cards.

5. Use the below QR code to email your photo to use. Please make sure it is either a .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format.
